My son is gay. I am proud of my son for the courage it took for him to come out to me. I knew since he was a teenager. I wanted him to be comfortable within himself to come out to me . He cried when I told him I love him and I will never disown him. We have lost family and friends . I told them he is the same young man they love it’s his life it’s his choice of who he wants to be .
