Its fine to be for some people if they just like it more High reps= more blod flow more metabolic stress more calsium ions being relises more feeling the mucle more mucle dammage cus duhhh you spend more time under tension( but all that is pretty Much not that important for hypotrofi but it just not that good for if you Want maximum output or more mecanical tension= more Heavy weight more mucle ativation more motor units recuted in a 3-6 rep range would be the best 🙏💪💪
