To all of the businesses that are going fully AI, especially to represent your business through customer service channels... I feel sorry for you. Your customers will not feel valued talking to a bot. Where is the empathy? Where is the genuine understanding? Where is the actual voice? 😅 It's a very short lived model, so cash in now while you can I guess, they'll all be replaced again with VA's down the line
