Best road trip vehicle by far. Stop every 3-4ish hours to charge with FSD makes the trip a bit longer but stress level way down

I think it’s the best road trip I’ve ever had in a car. I love my Tesla took it on two road trips since I got it. One was seven hours long. And I didn’t mind the charging if anything it was nice to stop and get some snacks Play some games on the screen.

16hours 3 times now to obx 5 charge stops would normally be 13 hour drive was not an issue

If you’re smart driver it’s easy for roadtrips. Been LA to SF to Vegas, SD and not problem

Extra hour and a half might not be too bad I guess if he is saving a ton on money. My Camry cost almost 70 to fill in San Diego so I can’t imagine driving on a road trip with that

I learned to only charge when you’re under 20% because the charging takes longer the higher the percentage.
