If I could add a few thing. Remove your fingerprints and face ID from your phone. use the password only. If possible live stream don't record. Backup your phone the night before so you don't lose any information if it gets destroyed. Have a flip phone backup secured some place you can get to. if you have medical conditions, make certain they are visible or accessible to someone that would find you unconscious.
