@lexingtonbrewer: shrimp fajita bowl RECIPE⬇️ 355 cals + 35g protein! ✨150+ high protein recipes for a busy mom available on my website allthingslexington.com what ya need: 6 oz raw shrimp chipotle chili powder(just a sprinkle) paprika garlic powder 90 Second basmati rice 1 tbsp cilantro 1 tbsp lime juice Salt and cumin to taste ⅔ cup Trader Joe’s fire roasted bell peppers and onions blend ⅓ cup Trader Joe’s roasted corn everything but the elote seasoning 1 tbsp Pico de Gallo directions: season the shrimp with chipotle chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder to taste. cook in a little olive oil spray on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. set aside. in the same pan cook the bell peppers and onions blend with roasted corn over medium heat, stirring until soft, about 5 minutes. sprinkle with everything but the elote seasoning. microwave the basmati rice according to package instructions. stir in cilantro, lime juice, and salt to taste.
