I’m convinced that nobody actually likes their friends. I would hate to think this way in life. It’s vacation, chill out and have fun. People take life too seriously.

So the only way I agree is if the people getting the rooms are paying more. Like sure I’ll sleep on the couch and get woken up when everyone stomps in to eat. I will also be paying significantly less towards said bill for that place.

I mean, he kind of just explained it based on why the couples get the beds because they’re paying double the amount that you are because there’s two of them like every time I do something with my friends or we gotta get a hotel room or something like that, the couples always get the beds because they’re paying more

I am NOT coming g out of my room at night for a glass of water, to be greeted by a couple boinking on the couch. They can have the room. I'd rather sleep on the floor than deprive a couple from a private room.

In that case get a place with enough rooms or get multiple places. Single people are equal to people in relationships but they’re not going to want to share a bed. So it makes sense to give that to somebody who’s going to share it with another person. So instead of 3 beds only having 3 people you can have 6 people in those 3 beds

Thats why i always check the bed count. We tried to rent an airbnb for 11 people and found a house that had enough space for 16 people. Turned out, there were only 5 bedrooms and 6 people were expected to sleep on the couch lol.

If it’s a guys trip, you know where everyone is sleeping? There’s not even a discussion, it’s wherever you happen to fall asleep. You add in women to the trip and every detail is a whole debacle.

anyone who's gone on a group vacation knows the group is going to prioritise cheaper accommodation over forking for the extra rooms unless you're loaded.

I always price out rooms or sleeping. The nicest room is the most and the worst sleeping situation is the cheapest.

Pay structure. You get a room, you pay the most, you get a shared room with multiple beds you pay the middle. Pull out couch in the living gets the cheapest
