i have always been skinny until I reach the age of 30, I started gaining weight after my 4th child at 32, my heaviest is 75kg, and it affected my body and mental health so much, after neglecting my body for 5yrs I just woke up one day and started to diet, slowly but steadily, after my 6th month of diet (no cheat day, a bit of exercise) I was back to 50kg, everyone was SHOCKED, to see me back in shape again, now its been 2yrs and I have always think it is all worth it, my sacrifices paid off.

I was 55kg I am 64kgs now and to be honest I don’t feel confident or happy anymore I’ve gained weight mostly by my belly area hopefully I could lose it soon it’s really hard to lose that weight to be honest and when I lose it am not gaining it back 😌

I used to think so too, but with insulin resistance it's not that easy. I do keto, fast, walk 15k steps, work out, take supplements and I'm 56 - a constant struggle and limitations. It's not normal and it's disgusting
