Southwestern Crispy Rice Salad 🌶️I’m partnering with @Cholula Hot Sauce to make this AMAZING salad that’s packed with colorful veggies and has the perfect amount of crunch in every bite! Check out all of Cholula’s products on their website – and follow them for more tasty recipes 😋 🌶️ SOUTHWESTERN CRISPY RICE SALAD ➖For the Tofu: 16 oz super firm tofu 2 tbsp Cholula’s Chili Garlic Taco Seasoning Mix 1 tbsp avocado oil  ➖For the Rice: 2 cups cooked brown rice 1 tbsp Cholula’s Chili Garlic Taco Spice Mix  2 tbsp Cholula Chili Crisp Sauce 1 tbsp avocado oil ➖For the Vinaigrette: 1/3 cup avocado oil 3 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp agave 1 jalapeño 1/4 tsp salt  ➖For the Salad: 4-5 cups shredded green cabbage 1 can black beans 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 cup fresh corn 1 red bell pepper 1/2 bunch cilantro 1 avocado Cholula’s Cilantro Lime Cremosa Sauce, for drizzling 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 400F. Line two medium baking sheets with parchment paper.  2️⃣Place shredded tofu on one baking sheet and add the seasoning mix and avocado oil. Toss the tofu well, then spread evenly across the baking sheet. 3️⃣Add the rice to the other sheet and add the seasoning mix, Chili Crisp, and avocado oil. Use a fork to break up the rice and mix the seasoning into it, then spread across the baking sheet. 4️⃣Bake both baking sheets in the top rack of the oven for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and do your best to flip the rice and tofu. Bake on the top rack of the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes. 5️⃣Add the oil, lime juice, agave, jalapeño, and salt to a small bullet blender. Seal the blender and process on high for 45-60 seconds, until the dressing is smooth.  6️⃣Add the cabbage to a large bowl and top with the tofu, rice, beans, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, and cilantro. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix well. Sprinkle with avocado and a drizzle of Cilantro Lime Cremosa Sauce. #ad #cholulapartner
