@tylerpath: Here is the best way to do cable lateral raises imho. Instead of using a D-handle, you can use a cuff which allows you to take your grip out of the movement. Thus, you’re able to train an already hard to train muscle better because you’re removing that grip that would be a limiting factor. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
