after a party, I usually get breakouts especially when my skin has been looking great before the party. I also gain weight because yeah I eat everything inside the house 😄 and the exhaustion, as if my my energy was siphoned.

I'm persian and this Nazar culture comes from Iran and turkey basically. if you Don't have sormeh or kajal you can carry a 🧿 or 🪬 with you. either earrings or bracelets etc. or you buy the Rock called Firuzeh and have thar with you. if you have neither, break an egg usually they drop it on the ground but just breaking it also works.
