@drjoe_md: A new clinical trial just showed that creatine—long known for its role in muscle performance—may actually improve cognitive function in people with Alzheimer’s. Conducted at the University of Kansas Medical Center, the study found significant gains in memory, attention, and processing speed after just 8 weeks of supplementation. This could be a game-changer in how we support brain health. If someone you love is facing Alzheimer’s, this is definitely something to talk to their doctor about. #alzheimersawareness #brainhealth #dementia
Finally a video that isn’t selling what they’re talking about! Thank you!

Alot of elderly patients have decreased kidney function....wouldn't this potentially cause more harm than good? It would be great if not!😊

Short term benefit at best as it doesn’t address the cause. You seem genuine so search for “neuroenergetic” & “Alzheimer’s” to learn more. View the grand rounds lecture on AD pathogenesis given 4 years ago during the pandemic: b.link/wmjd42 in any browser.

The Candid Carnivore Coach :
Creatine occurs naturally in meat and eggs and is more bioavailable in that form, and you don’t have to worry about filler and additives like you do with supplements.

I read about the benefits of creatine for dementia and alzheimers several years ago. I had an old dog get Sundowners, so I gave him creatine and melatonin daily, and it made a huge difference.

There’s a study where they gave some older folks some creatine and they built muscle. It’s a known fact that lots of seniors can’t even lift a gallon of milk Seriously, every senior should be taking it. I’m not advertising. I’m just stating the truth.

Or if you are in perimenopause, menopause, or beyond. I started taking just 4 mags a day less than a year ago (55 yo) and WOW, huge difference in mental clarity.
