Did they think to put a hole where that pin gets placed when you're not using it? That seems like an important thing to have. They obviously have never been to a working job site with 384 loose tools lying about while you're looking for a pin that is a 1/4“ diameter and a half inch long. 🙄

they have an inch version in shop. problem is the long end isn't seated on a 2x4 and will bump into things. when I need speed squares it isn't just a board on its own, it's marking boards at intervals on both sides--like for rafters. make the long end smaller.

It’s nice in the shop. But a full on construction site no. So awkward. It’s smaller but you have that leg sticking down. Not belt carry friendly.
