adhd made me depressed, struggle with ALOT of things, made my normal days feel like tasks, and made my traumas 10 times worse. now in seeing a psychologist and therapist for it.🥰

one off my pet peeves is when ppl say “everyone has adhd” like okay IF everyone does that means everyone struggles with it like if u get me it doesent matter how many people have it they still struggle with that and the amount off ppl that do doesent change that tell me if u get me idk
