I do all of this except the lean protein. I actually eat tons of animal fat. it's keep me full, very healthy and our bodies metabolize it perfectly and it will keep face wrinkles away as we age

you look amazing, and beautiful 🥰 the most i weighed was 178 while I was pregnant with my first daughter. I lost all the weight and went back down to my normal 115 weight in 3 months, but after I had my second daughter, my weight has fluctuated for 4 years now around 145 from my abdomen separating during pregnancy, and it's killed my mental health. I've been very adamant about looking for ways to get myself toned and lean again, without looking too bulky from extreme heavy workouts. so thank you for the tips. I'll definitely be using them☺️

all these are great- i would also add- plate up low calorie/high volume veggies first, then your protein source- your plate will already look fairly full, THEN add your carb/ stacrch portion. you wont add as much.
