no actually egyptian is it's own language bec egyptian is originally coptic so it ain't an "arabic dialict" since it didn't even orginate from arabic egyptian is originally coptic (an ancient egyptian language) and then arabuc started appearing in the language bec of the arab colonism (specifically in fatimid empire) hope that helps

في حركات قومية كثير في العالم تحاول تنقل تصنيف لهجاتها الى لغات، وهذا من حقهم القومي، مالطا كمثال ماهي الا لهجة عربية منفصلة وقومياً تحولت للغه، والآن المغرب مثلاً تطمح لنفس الشي مع الدارجة ومصر كان في محاولات مع ويكيبيديا المصرية
