yeah they're both bloodbenders but Tarlok doesnt have his bending right now, noatok certainly felt his brothers movements. but tarlok lied when he said "the good ol days" they havent seen eachother in years and they rarely had good days together as kids

Nickelodeon did the right thing by wroting the sequel for the older audience that grew up with the original. Always shocked me they allowed it to be so dark at times.
