Ingredients: 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted, 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing), 1 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling), ½ tsp ground cinnamon, toppings: vanilla ice cream, crushed nuts (like pistachios or pecans) Instructions: Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil or melted butter. In a small bowl, mix the honey and cinnamon. Preheat your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
