Not to mention. any characters who try to say the forced "servitude" of the elves is bad gets laughed at. Or the fact that the literal "yatzees" even when defeated, part of the main reasons why they came about never gets addressed. There are more holes in the books than there is in Swiss cheese.

J K Rowling cares about women's rights. She cares so much in fact that she isn't against men being around women in sports and private spaces. That increases safety and success for women. If men compete with women in sports, a biological woman will never win another medal again.

My biggest gripe is she claims to be a feminist but every one of her female characters that isn't a devoted mother/ housewife/ teacher is shown to be either evil, deserving of ridicule/ scorn, or gets put in her proper place by the end of the book

We really need to stop blaming Rowling for things she had no control over. The goblins had an entirely different description in the books and the star was part of the building they shot it. HP on is own had an overwhelmingly positive influence on its readers. It's the author that's the problem.

This why these two don't have millions for writing a book. It brings you into the book because it has things you can relate to, but same time fantasy. If she made all these other things fantasy aswell no one would have read the book. It is like a stand up when they talk about stuff you relate too you find it funny.
