I may be a schtate schwerker. The cuts are unreal! We can't function and then they take away all remote work but don't have enough leased space to bring everyone back. They're bringing in banquet tables and placing them in walkways so colleagues can sit so close to each other they can smell what they had for lunch on their breath. Accountants are working in office chairs with no desk and no computer monitors, just a laptop on their laps. They stopped leasing buildings and parking garages when they gave the "perk" of 15 hrs weekly of remote work after everyone already returned full time to office after COVID was over. Too many people quit and sought jobs offering remote/hybrid options so Holcomb offered remote to build the workforce back up. No raises were given this past year and in fact, employees will be making less because they are all forced to come back to office 5 days per week. Productivity will decline when people are sitting on top of each other. As soon as fire code violations get waved in their faces, they'll be forced to lease out more buildings which will cost tax payers more money. I could go on...🙄

At some point, I really do think it also reflects EXTREMELY poorly on Indiana voters that most of them keep on gleefully voting for these fascists and sadists. There needs to be a serious change in voting patterns here, or things simply CAN’T get better!

Our duel income is still less than the raise alone Mike gave himself. And suddenly my house is tax assessed 100k more than what was paid a couple years ago . I hate it here in Indiana

All Indiana jobs pay awful as well, for director positions the starting pay is like 36k and you have to pay for your own parking down town Indianapolis 🤦🏾♀️

Don’t forget to get out there and vote. Vote local. Vote state. Then vote federal. Get your friends and family to vote with you. If elected officials won’t stand up against the hate, then they don’t need to be there.
