It happens. I worked in entertainment for over 20 years! They thought they had a window for sure. We’ve had a microburst where all cast members were removed and floats were almost abandoned until it was over.

Once the parade starts and they are in the middle of it, and it starts to rain, they cannot go backwards. Besides this is Florida, the weather is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get. Lol!
