It's okay to delegate. You got a great staff....don't overwhelm yourself. Too much stress will really get ya....I learned that the hard way. Proud of you tho!

I know it can be exhausting. Consider delegating some things that don’t absolutely need YOU. Obviously the patients need you, but maybe the practice manager can help with the health insurance, expenses, etc and periop nurse/surgical coordinator can deal with the patient that needs to reschedule. It’s easy to burn out. Take care of yourself so you can be the best version of yourself for your patients, your family, your staff but most importantly for yourself ♥️
