They need to make it go down to that white part because it will still be touching my kids pants or legs or something and then where do I rinse it, since it touched the toilet directly 😩🤔

don't know if anyone knows this but they also make portable wipes that kill 99.9% of bacteria. feel free to wipe the seat, let the child potty, then wipe the collapsible seat with the wipe-- no more germs yay.
