Hey girly as someone who dealt with cystic acne for over 15 years and the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025 it was the worst it’s ever been I completely healed my acne with completely removing all chemicals and skincare. Skincare is a money making industry. The only thing that healed my acne was using organic unrefined coconut oil. I use it to take off my makeup, use as a moisturizer before bed and get a little sun first thing in the morning. I also cut out dairy. I have never had clearer skin.
