Matt Smith’s run was so great because all the time he was with Amy and Rory, he was a funny little man saving people, going on adventures. While underneath, he could be so cold and vicious. Especially when it came to him losing someone, since he had already lost so many. He tried to protect his friends from seeing that side of him. The side he ran away from with a smile.
