Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place or until it doubles in size. Trim  the top of the garlic bulb with a sharp knife, leaving most of the cloves exposed but keeping the bulb intact. Drizzle the garlic cloves with olive oil and distribute evenly. To prevent the garlic from drying out, wrap the bulb in parchment paper and aluminum  foil. Place them in a preheated oven at 240 °C (465 °F) and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let the garlic bulbs cool in the parchment paper and foil after baking before unwrapping them. Squeeze  the bottom of the garlic bulb to release the cloves from the skin. Then, shape the dough into a smooth loaf, ensuring that the garlic mixture remains inside and the dough is well sealed. Place  the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it again with the garlic mixture. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes in a warm place, or until it doubles in size. Thoroughly  wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, salt, ground cumin, onion powder, and dried parsley to the pan. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes, or until it is cooked through. In  a deep bowl, combine the mayonnaise with sour cream. Add the chicken pieces and mix everything together. Bake  the garlic bread in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for 10-15 minutes or until they are nicely brown. Every oven varies, so monitor the baking time yourself. Immediately cover the garlic bread rolls with a clean tea towel to keep them soft.
