for those struggling. there is another tiktok wallpaper app that you need and then when you hit share go over to wallpaper and you can set it.

Cc alors tu vas en bas dans partage, tu ressens en bas jusqu’à avoir la touche photo animé tu cliques dessus ça va enregistrer et après tu vas pour changer de fond d’écran et tu met photo animé y’aura. Pour finir tu dois changer la couleur de l’heure en noire et voilà
