For the people saying it’s a useless degree just know that people who get a degree in Chicano studies can work in multiple fields lol. Also, he can use that degree to get into law school or medical school as well.

Majored in Xicano studies and sociology. I’ve traveled the world, make a good living (above 80k), & help others realize their potential through higher ed. Nothing negative has come from majoring in this degree. I doubt those hating in the comments have ever been exposed to a loving pedagogy. 🇲🇽🤎🫶🏽

So many haters in the comments. I have taught Chicano studies for 6+ years. I have a background in curriculum development and program implementation in K-12 and higher education. And my masters was in Latin American Studies. My doctorate is in education. I almost went to law school but pivoted because I wanted to create access and pathways for Latinos and other POC in education.
