So psyllium husk actually really helps my ibs, but I only really take it during the odd flare up as I was worried having read some stuff about long term use (carcinogenic iirc)…… would a small amount daily be problematic for me do you think (disregarding the IBS warning, if it causes pain I’ll stop taking it)
