@Emily Reidy: To everyone hating we literally were at a takeaway counter not even a bar I got a vodka soda the drinks took under 10 sec to make. Ofc I would tip 20% if I had a tab or was sitting down

I think tips are crazy especially if you are expecting more than 10 dollars. I use to work at a bagel shop and customers would ONLY leave a dollar as a tip . 1 dollar. At that time I was making 8.50 an hour. I would work full time. I never expected much on tips and back then you would split whatever we got in a jar among who ever was working that day . Now I feel like you are being forced to leave a decent tip. Sometimes the service isn’t good.
