Same! We literally ran my labs just to check on me. I had TTO/MPFL surgery Feb 14th, and then MUA/scar tissue removal last Monday I’m still livin on 800mg😭.

Try tylenol instead of ibuprofen! Ibuprofen is proven to slow down recovery, while tyoenol does not. I feel your pain girl! I'm 2 weeks post op on hip/pelvic surgery

I had that same surgery plus some other stuff from a soccer accident like 7 years ago the recovery process is so mentally and physically draining but it does get better i promise hang in there sending healing thoughts!!

Im 5 Weeks Post op and I can already walk almost normal. I didn’t have to take pain killers since week 3 and I can sleep on my side like a baby. It’s crazy how recovery is going different for everyone

My husband had MPFL done 2 years ago. He still gets sore sometimes but he has returned to golfing, skiing and weightlifting! It does get better! PT is super important too

hey so i got the exact same surgery, which is crazy- about 8 weeks post opp. but i was told to stop using ibuprofen after first couple weeks cause it slows the recovery down, switch to tylenol. saved me. also do you still have numb spots on your leg still too? makes me so mad.
