Now do Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray, her childhood home/center in Durham, NC just lost their federal funding. We have Pauli to thank for the arguments/interpretations that lead to desegregation, women’s rights in the workplace, and rights for LGBTQ folks based on Title VII of the civil rights act.
