@lyvvanea: Summer is for a spritz ☀️🥂 We're making spritz's all summer long- from spins on cult classics, original creations, and of course mocktails I've got our summer drinks handled! I know on a menu spritz usually means Prosecco but here if it's sparkling it's a spritz! Starting things off with this Pear Lychee Soju Spritz is so light and delicious! Here's the recipe: 3 oz pear juice 3 oz lychee soju Top with sparkling water Broil pear with sugar as garnish Note: if you prefer a bit sweeter make a simple syrup out of the pear juice, and feel free to add a shot of tequila if you want this a bit stronger or just use lychee juice if you want it as a mocktail!
