@didonatoemily: My wedding vow cookies🍪 Healthy almond butter cookies🌙 I’ve been making these for my husband since the start of our relationship, they are so quick to make, healthy, delicious & comforting. Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes/shredded coconut ⅓ cup maple syrup 1 egg 1 bar of dark chocolate, chopped 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt Flaky sea salt Slivered almonds Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except flaky sea salt. Mix together well. 3. On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, scoop out cookies. It should be about 10. 4. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on each cookie. Add almonds to the top of each, push down on them a bit so they stay on. 5. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. 6. Let cool completely before eating! Enjoy!
