No offense. I am that person and I’m sorry but it is me. I am the way I am and how COULD I change that? I’ve been trying and it’s just so hard. I do love and care but every time I try to speak up the words stuck in my throat and I just can’t. The awkwardness, the fear of being misunderstood and everything ate me and I end up saying nothing. It hurts not to say and it’s even worse to say. People just don’t seemed to understand how fear and anxiety could eat up a person.
