I am incredibly thankful that this video came across my fyp. As a white person, learning about black history is both interesting and extremely painful due to my ancestors cruelty and abuse. Please keep sharing, everyone needs to remember our country’s ugly actions. Thank you for sharing 🫶🏻

Love this!! All history teachers need to add this to curriculum bc this is where racism started. A few textbooks touch on this but teachers have to add on. Majority of white ppl don’t want to face the ethnic cleansing this country was built on.

We grew watermelon and were excellent at selling it, and marketing it. It and other commerce lead to one of many black Wallstreets. They made fun of it to gaslight us into abandoning it.
