Im pretty sure I know who it is and Im so sorry, its SO SO stressful to be dealing with that!! And I dont get it either, theyre SO good at their job that people would be willing to wait, just give a realistic timeline 🥲 I dont think theyve gotten much pushback as everyone glorifies them as their wigs are just perfect (which they 100% are!! The best!) and dont dare to bite the hand that feeds them. But accountability is part of business. We’ve all messed up, I have too, just be accountable and do better 🥲

1+ YEARS for a wig is never realistic. What if we booked parties and then told the parents the day before that we have to push their party back for weeks because of xyz.

I had a similar issue with a wig I bought. It took me almost 2.5 years to get a wig that was originally only supposed to take a little over 2.5 months. I was also blocked from seeing their instagram stories at some point. Now I only order from etsy where it’s easy to get a refund.

We had a terrible experience with a commissioner I *thought* was trustworthy and it was a year and a half of no response and pushing the delivery date back. When we finally did get our wig, it literally fell apart of my performers head while she was wearing it. I was big mad
