The demonstrations follow days of unrest in Los Angeles, which have seen violence and crime as people take to the streets to protest the Trump administration's mass deportation efforts and other policies. Ivey's comments came during a press conference in which Florida's Attorney General James Uthmeier announced a new plan to protect ICE agents.
