I definitely will not be taking any tips from here. For 1: would have been smarter to finish the bottle of soap instead of throwing out the soap. 2: even smarter would have been to buy a bottle at the dollar store. 3: add a little baking soda to your toothpaste when you're going to brush your teeth and then rinse with the mouthwash, it's not rocket science.
