I'm glad this process got better for Windows. I switched to Linux years ago and I forgot the problems I used to have. Probably switched from one issue for another but it is what it is. 😂

I’ve had it work with my friend Northie! He needed to update from 10 - 11 and I had to format his hard drive. It took two days to figure it out but we did it though discord 🤣🤣

Just use acronis true image. It will automatically convert to GPT when cloning to SSD for new system. I do it all the time for my clients.
