When I had my first baby at 16 I was leaving Kmart I had just had my daughter pictures made and this woman asked me if she could watch my baby while I went and got my car because my daughter was not liking the noise of the cart on the pavement I instantly felt sick and said maybe but I forgot her bottle I’ll be right back I went inside and got them to have a huge man working their walk me to my car the woman was still their waiting on me and he told her the police was on their way she couldn’t just be asking to hold strangers babies she got gone quick I drive around alot before going home to make sure I wasn’t being followed . My baby was 2 weeks old and this was in 1996 this world is a crazy place

In 1999 when I had my daughter in Illinois the hospital told me their was a baby selling ring calling new parents claiming to be from the hospital and did home checks and a checkup for mom and baby and brought infant supplies all part of a hospital program to help new parents but the hospital had no such program that if I was contacted by anyone claiming that to call the police well I did get that call and did call the police they gave me a fake address to give them to set up the meeting but somehow they must have found out it was a sting because they never showed up and I never heard from them again thank God but I had protection if they did show up to my home they would leave in a body bag I don’t play when it comes to my family especially not my babies
