Physique update at 215lbs: Since PCTing off TRT and going full natty (obviously not claiming lifetime natty), I’ve maintained my regular powerbuilding split (training execution, intensity, and split is such a massive factor for the strength and physique here) with 4-5 training sessions per week. Both strength and weight has been locked in at the current level for months (214-218lbs and maintained essentially all top set numbers on lifts). Calories have been about 3100-3400 cals/day with intermittent fasting (I usually start eating around 2pm and stop around 9-10pm). Overall, I’m feeling great off T. Mood is better, I feel more like “me” and natural in a good way (hard to put that into words), and drive is solid. I feel calmer and more “at peace.” Only downside I’ve experienced is feeling a bit more tired, especially in the late afternoons, but nothing really to complain about. I also don’t have as much of a pump in the gym, but strength is very solid so that’s not really a downside to me. The pros WAY outweigh the cons and I’ve only been completely off (tapered to a very low amount for 2-3 months before dropping it) for almost 2 months now and it gets better with each day. I’m grateful to God I’m able to feel this way after having spent the last 5 years on TRT + PEDs for bodybuilding. SO many men have reached out, sent DMs, and commented on my vids saying they want to come off T or are already in the process of it (some for fertility, some for spiritual reasons, others just because they didn’t like the effects of TRT) and I can honestly say if you plan out and stick to a PROPER PCT plan (usually much longer and more robust than typically recommended), not only can you recover, but you can also avoid the “crash” of coming off (or mitigate the extremity of it). I rushed a PCT attempt earlier this year and felt awful. With this go around, I planned out a much longer and thorough PCT that’s been successful and I completely avoided a crash. Trust God through the process and stick to the plan. There is definitely light on the other side. Feeling more and more like me with more energy each day. Glory to God! #natty #notlifetimenatty #powerbuilding
