From a spiritual point of view even if you unemployed wake up at 4/5, pray, prepare kids, clean if you have to and bath after doing all that then later you can take a nap atleast after 10:00. Don't ever wear PJ and gown during the day.Tiktok does not have voicenotes i have so much to share. Love and light to all of your. Know this nothing beats prayer and consistency.
