Fantastic advice, I agree 💯! 🙌 Consistency and routine have been key for me. I wanted to make real lifestyle changes that I could sustain. I weigh daily but don’t obsess over that number anymore. My weekly average is how I monitor progress.

This applies to traditional weight loss yes , but surely the glp you took ruled out the need for real discipline esp ref biscuits seen as you’re never very hungry ..
