Macros: 520 calories 37g protein 7g carbs For the chicken: 1 pound ground chicken 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Mix ingredients. Spread 3-4oz on one side of a low carb tortilla. Cook all the way through. Package them up and save them for later! Pro Tip- for perfectly crispy bacon pop it in the microwave!
