It's most likely a stratafix, judging by the barbs. It's designed so that the suture doesn't have to be tied. The barbs keep it locked into the tissue.

Thread neck lift, 0/10 do not recommend, competent cosmetic surgeons have better even less invasive strategies to perform neck lifts. Also neurosurgery stuff, but almost everyone dables in cosmetics eventually.
