The fact you are ALLOWED to record does not mean u should bother people with it. If someone asks not to be filmed. Face the camera away from them its common decency. If u meet the wrong person or accidentally film a drug deal or sum that could cost u a life and a half if they spot u

In Canada cops and the prosecutors can use their discretion and say it’s not in the public interest to pursue charges. Basically a waste of time and resources. Like this case.
