an ex girlfriend of mine was horrified when whilst visiting another friend I asked to use the toilet I had a he'll of a lecture on the way home how u should train my bowels or bladder needless to say we r no longer together

Its common courtesy to ask and it's a normal thing to 'relieve' yourself. besides so many people suffer with toilet related problems and even if they didn't, toilet is a basic need. sometimes u just can't hold it in!
