What's in my lunchbox 🍱:
• Rice seasoned with dried mushroom powder (you can substitute with seaweed), sesame seeds & sesame oil;
• Seasoned rice balls wrapped in bacon & cheese, air-dry for 10 mins (or you can pan fry);
• Air-fried chicken cutlet with mayo, cucumber slices & cherry tomatoes;
• Strawberries & blueberries, chocolate coated cookies.
