@pbsnews: The U.S. Supreme Court delivered two unanimous decisions Thursday in favor of the individual over institutions. One case centered on a family's right to sue the FBI after agents mistakenly raided their home in 2017. The justices agreed to revive the suit after lower courts ruled in favor of the agents, which could make it easier for others to sue the government in such cases. Separately, the High Court sided with a student who has a rare form of epilepsy and who claimed her Minnesota school district didn't do enough to accommodate her condition. That decision could open the door for other families to go to the court over access to education. #pbsnewshour #newshour #pbsnews #supremecourt #news #supremecourtdecision
I hope they don't think 2 small wins will erase the awful sum of their failures in the past 5 years. between Roe and Pres. Immunity, they royally boned the country. 2 comparatively menial good things they've done compared to allowing a dictator to run wild and allowing misogynistic bigots to deny life-changing and saving healthcare to women is not going to sway public opinion

FBI, wrong house, 8 years, and back to the lower courts. Ok, I’m so desperate I’ll call it a win.🤔

This is not an indication that this court will do the right thing in the “big” cases coming up soon.

Please support the Institute for Justice(IJ.org) if you can, they brought the first case. They pick up important cases at no cost to the victims, that otherwise would likely never be brought due to the cost involved, and are supported by donations. At least follow them on socials.
